A normal 12-lead ECG:
Heart rate/rhythm: normal sinus rhythm
Electrical conduction: normal PR/QRS/QTc
Axis: normal
R-wave progression: normal transition V3-4
Tall/small: normal voltages
ST/T: no ST/T changes
